In view of the increased reliance on online meetings and interventions to deliver its consultancy services, PDM Practice has recently taken the following steps to offer a better service to its clients:
+ We have changed our working hours as follows: 07:00 – 13:00 GMT and 16:00 – 20:00 GMT (10:00 – 16:00 and 19:00 – 23:00 local time). This ensures our presence in various times zones – from the USA/Caribbean through to Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific.
+ We have subscribed to Mauritius Telecom Business Boost service and now enjoy two internet lines of 20 Mbit each over fiber;
+ We have subscribed to Microsoft Office 365 Business Standard package which allows, inter alia, online collaboration; cloud-based services; and the recording of online meetings; and
+ We use Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) together with audio/video/streaming hardware to produce high-quality meetings, webinars, and e-learning sessions.
The above-mentioned measures also support our commitment to environmental sustainability by limiting air travel as far as possible.
